Some people can use anything but you can get all sorts these days Native American Indian cd's, gregorian chants, pan pipes etc. 

Libraries do loan out cd's now so it doesn't have to be expensive to find what you like but some prefer and work better with no music at all.



Smells:

Smells can enhance meditation, so what smells make you feel good and relaxed ? Fresh flowers, incense, oils. even a perfume, again, some people don't like smells and may find them distracting.
