Is it possible for spirits to come to you in your dreams, to ask you to finish what they didn't, like a job or something?

I believe that spirits come to us in dreams definately

But as to asking us to finish jobs for them, well, if it was something very menial they might, but I can't see our loved ones in spirit heaping piles of responsibilty on us, I don't think they'd worry too much about jobs they didn't finish , it simply wouldn't matter to them any more.

However, all that said, some spirits become or are restless for a time, for instance if they crossed over quickly and unexpectedly they might worry about things they left undone, sometimes mediums will get these spirits coming through to them with very specific messages or instructions.

One example of this is if someone passed to spirit unexpectedly, and the family left behind began to argue and fight over their possessions because they could not find the will, the spirit may then find a medium to get a message through to them telling them where the will is so they don't fight any more.

I was using my mum's pendulum tonight, but... I saw an old man's face inside the crystal, and I was curious if the face could have been a spirit? I looked at the face for quite a while, but I didn't recognize it. Could have he been a spirit?

Yes he could have been, it doesn't matter that you didn't recognise him it could have been a relative that you never met

Or it could have the keeper of the crystal or a guide!!!
