Flooding

I remember watching a stepped hillside a very large one and the water was cascading down it at a furious rate like a VERY large waterfall I was worried about what lay below and the flooding which would occur from it.

I can't decide where I was stood watching this but I must have been high up perhaps even hovering above

I have not been affected by floods so I can't understand where this is coming from.

Sounds like major changes for someone close to you but since you cant interfere, you're 'hovering' on the sidelines. Water's a great cleanser and conductor but blockages cause flooding. Whoever it is should just go with the flow.

Jay i used to always have Dreams of water even being overwelmed by it actually underneath it and being able to breath but every time i had a water dream like that some sort of disaster occured last one i had was a holiday resort and i watched the sea water engulf the hotels swimming pool , days before the Sunami , but yours is as if you are witnessing something and as Tawny said water is a cleanser of all things ,With you floating above .I agree with Tawny its something you have to let nature take its coarse with .
