| What are your thoughts on these, do you consider them to be dangerous or not? I've used one with other mediums, in a sensible manner and we had some successes with it, as with all psychic tools i believe used properly with respect then they aren't dangerous, fool about with them and they could be problematic, and i believe there should always be an experienced medium present when using one. | |

| With chldren, and those who use them for fun espcially after a night at the pub then yes. My Great Aunt who was a spiritualst medium used them but she knew her stuff and placed loads of protection as she knew they could also be used as a portole for other energys she did not wish to encounter | |

| I'll never forget being about 12, at a sleepover, my mum had always drummed into me how not to us them stay away etc so what did we do? we did one. At first i think the other girls were pushing it, but then a different type of "energy" took over the glass and i knew then it was for real. Silly things were said and the glass just kept going round and round getting faster, in the end i took my fingers off i got scared, never to touch one ever again. I do think in the wrong hands, such as 12 year old girls it can be dangerous, but with people who know what their doing, its fine. Even now though i think id be slightly hesitant | |

From what I've heard about them, I don't think they're suitable as 'toys'.

| My personal opinion is they are for very experienced spiritualist mediums and I would not touch them with a barge pole | |

| I tried one once, as a teenager. We got some good results, and an accurate prediction of the future, but it left the whole house with a 'freezing' atmosphere afterwards!
I agree; these devices are best left for experienced people who know what they're doing.

| Hi Carly, Nope not tried table tipping, I think it is another one of those things where you need a truly experienced medium. If you look further into spirit realms you will usually draw the bad ones that live closer to the earth plane so another thing in my mind not to be dabbled with | |

| We tried Table tipping once 5 mediums all expereinced, so after 10 minutes or so the table did start to move then all of a sudden a mobile phone went off, I looked at Christine to my side as it was coming from her bag -very annoyed - then looked at the other members who where deathly pale (I wondered why) anyway the phone was retrived and noted that it was switched off - the tune playing which was not saved to the phone was the theme tune to Omen!!! never tried it since | |
