would like to put in here - if i may - the good old cup of green tea whose properties are immense. The biggest one i found was that whilst drinking 3 to 4 cups a day it seems to help me lose weight!! I wasn't really trying - I went to support my friend who wanted to lose, so we were weighed weekly. I didn't change my diet but did start drinking green tea and the poundage dropped.

I know that the Japenese drink green tea after eating sweet foods as it helps combat tooth decay. There are lots of goodies to be had from a cup of green. :starry:

don't quote me but i think it helps stimulate the metabolism and helps get rid of fats or synthesize fats ... Suspect

Not sure i haven't tried it that way - but i think some people leave the bag in too long.. one bag should do two teas worth - just spin it around the cup for 20 seconds that's all... then it doesn't have that yuck taste so much... Wink

I tried some once when I was on a health kick (it didn't last :devil:

) I had to put about 4 sugars in and even then it was yukky affraid
