I'm putting me down for some for once

Hi guys

I'm putting me down for some healing folks....

Ever since I had that cold it has left me with a lot of pain/discomfort in my back... Its a weird sort of pain, it is in the small of my back and feels like a muscle pain (and pulls when I move) but every so often it gets worse... rolls up my spine and then makes me belch (and gives me the sweats) at which point the pain goes away for a while, only to come back later. I also have a lot of wind trapped in my guts as well, so although it's not major like sparkles problems it is slowly driving me mad

thanks guys hes actualy not belched so much this morning so saying thanks its helping, though still weary.

Healing for Somer , has he been to dr?

wew were to the state that if things haddent improved I was going to take him to the out of hours surgery that they hold a t the hospital, thankfully hes improved.

Oy matey my cold is just about gone still a bit snuffly but i've felt back to normal last three or four days
