I feel it is important to be as relaxed as possible before you meditate, this can be acheived in many ways from having a good soak in a warm bath to breathing techniques, i wi;ll be posting more on this soon, what works for you? Have you tried deep relaxation before a meditation what difference did it make? :flower:
