i find visualisation FAR too easy and sometimes that's painful. If someone is describing something horrific (especially cruelty to animals) I see it for a long long time after. I have to be careful what i see on tv too cos seeing something bad on there stays visually with me for years.. One example is from the 70s when i saw British soldier burning in IRA. On the positive - i do find it very very easy if someone is talking me through meditations, and whilst doing reiki and i can visualise healing of things and seeing a positive outcome.  | |
