Hi all, as you see somer has put himself in the healing, hopefully someone can help him, I feel a bit helpless., he must feel rough to put it in himself.

have ben feling tired but that is just us, & the way weve been with work also have some funny aches & pains, (its my age) but did do my keep fit on Thursday.
