Well I still don't really do meditation. Perhaps if I lived alone (have been living at my mum's since May last year and it's never quiet here) I might then do a better job of it. When I have in the past though, the most successful I've managed is reaching a stage where I feel like my head's gone crooked, when it hasn't
:-D lol.
There was one time when I surprised myself by coming face to face with a whale (well, not exactly face to face, I was on the shore and he was in the water) - I'd never given whales a moments thought until that moment, when I suddenly became obsessed with them. Have since been whale watching in Ireland (saw one minke whale, we picked wrong time of year) and am hoping next month to do a marine mammal research training course so that I can volunteer to do marine research surveys. I guess it was something I was meant to get into!
Great to hear that your meditation has been more in depth Jay. I hope you're really enjoying the experience!
