What is happening at the moment?

nothing much different aprt that am aware of my father being around still, & our stair walker is around.

i am having a feast time on dreaming..... did have a bit of a lull but they are fast and furious at the mo and i am remembering about four a night.....

funny so am I lately..... the weird thing is they all happen around our old house up london way....... and some of them are really strange dreams

I'm not remembering much in the way of dreams lately

oh my goodness... i was in my house that i grew up in last night.....

strange isn't it

its either the house or the roads very close to the house

yeah... there were three men - in my hallway - polish with blonde hair and they were going to rape me... i was terrified trying to talk them out of it by saying look don't hurt me and i will give you time of your life.. trying to save myself

strangly when i woke up it wasn't emotionally stuck with me thankfully....

Thank god for that some dreams take forever to 'shake off'

yeah they do... had a few of those in my time and glad this wasn't one of them

I've had dreams that have triggered my depression before now

thankfully its not effected you & you can talk about it.

bottom line is dreams cant harm you... how ever bad it seems while having it it is still only a dream

yeah they can, maybe not physically but they can harm you

only if you let them.... I know its hard not to let them..... and I am talkin dreams NOT night terrors, which totally different
