I'm currently listening to a lot of Shamanism podcasts from iTunes. There's currently about 24 episodes, each an hour or so long.
(If you have iTunes on your PC, you could browse for "3Worlds Shamanism" if you're interested. They're free, and they play on a PC as well as portable mp3 players.)
This guy is orientated mainly on North American Indian traditions, but he recognises the unity of all spiritual paths (at source). It's very interesting. It's just a few more clues, hints, and information on my spiritual path (or 'Quest'), and I'm loving listening to them.
